On August 3, 2023, at the prestigious Vietnam–India Cultural and Economic Exchange Forum held in New Delhi, India, the Phan Anh Social Foundation was officially recognized with the distinguished title:

The certification was evaluated and granted in alignment with UNESCO-associated criteria, through a joint assessment conducted by the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations and the Global Trade and Technology Council of India.
