A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO PHAN ANH FOUNDATION

Guidelines and Objectives
PHAN ANH SOCIAL FOUNDATION (hereinafter is abbreviated as the Phan Anh Foundation) is a social and not-for-profit organization, operating for the purpose of supporting and encouraging the development of culture, education and science for the community-based benefits.
The Foundation’s activities are aimed at praising, encouraging and sponsoring (directly or indirectly) the good examples of collectives or individuals with fighting achievements or good performance results, contributing to the cause of serving the Fatherland and the people in the past and at present. At the same time, the Foundation encourages, praises and commends the examples, individuals or collectives, for excellent and efficient works and studies; typical scientific researches; and individuals who has special and great contributions to the field of law execution; and aiming at the development of a progressive, equal and democratic justice system, contributing to the process of building a civilized legal system of the country.
The values that the Foundation works towards are Integrity, Respect, Diversity and Sustainability.
The Foundation’s capital is formed from the initial assets and financial contributions of the Founders and self-generated revenues from the mobilization of donations and supports from domestic and international organizations and donors voluntarily contributing assets and financial resources to support activities in accordance with the Foundation's guidelines and objectives.
2. Legal status and Organizational Apparatus
The Foundation has its legal person status, own seal and account(s) opened at banks in accordance with law. It operates in a national wide scale, having the main office in Hanoi City and representative offices in big cities and other localities.

4. Charity activities
Calling for volunteerism and support from the community for education is one of the Foundation's main activities. In the past 2 years, the Foundation has provided school tables and chairs and supplies for 4 primary schools in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. Currently, the Foundation is continuing to call for donations from the community to give scholarships for 12 poor students overcoming difficulties in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province.
