TENTATIVE PLAN FOR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
 “Supporting poor pupils to overcome difficulties”
For the school year 2020-2023
In Duc Tho District-Ha Tinh Province
I. OBJECTIVES AND REQUIREMENTS
 – The scholarship program “Supporting poor pupils to overcome difficulties” is organized to help and assist 12 children despite having difficult circumstances, but still trying to overcome and achieve high learning outcomes and good practices.
– The program should promote the fine national cultural traditions, showing the spirit of mutual love and good deeds.
–  Scholarships need to be awarded to the right subjects, ensuring practicality and effectiveness, promoting solidarity, showing the nature of humanity and community in the process of organization and implementation.
– This program will serve as the basis for the continuation of the next programs in the coming years with the higher expected number of scholarship depending on the sponsors’ contribution.
II. CONTENTS TO BE CARRIED OUT
  1. Program coverage and targeting: The pupils and students in the local schools despite having difficult family circumstances and but having a sense of achievement in their learning. These cases are selected by local authorities on the basic of ensuring the right choice.
  2. Number of scholarships: 12 with 24,000,000 (twenty four million) VND per each scholarship.
  3. Organize the implementation of the program
    1. Time: To be decided by the District and notified to the Foundation 10 days in advance. (April, 2020)
    2. Location: At a school which has the pupil to receive the scholarship and has the space enough to arrange the stage and gather about 200-300 students.
    3. Participants:
– Representative of Leaders of District People’s Committee
– Representatives of relevant units of the District
– Representative of Phan Anh Social Foundation
– Representative of the Phan Tung Mai Family
     -Sponsors
– Star Singers (invited by the District)
– The press agencies, local media.

– Performance of School’s letters and arts team
– Opening Introduction by MC
– Speech of Representative of the Foundation
– Speech of Representative of the Phan Tung Mai family
– Sponsor’s speech
– Awarding scholarships to students
– Speech of Leader of District People’s Committee speaks
– Speeches of Leaders of relevant units
– Performance of letters and arts team
